Carrollton Utilities Online Application For Service

New Service Request whether you are an existing resident, new to the community, or just researching the area we welcome you! You can now apply to Start, Stop and Transfer Services Online. Service request can be made up to ten days in advance. Service applications can also be completed in person at our office, located at 900 Clay Street, Carrollton, KY.

Carrollton Utilities offers wastewater, water, gas and trash service within our service areas. In some areas all services may not be available. If you have any questions regarding service areas please call our office at (502) 732-7055 prior to starting your application.

Follow the prompts and submit your application and other required documentation to be processed by our office staff. A staff member will then contact you for account verification and inform you of the applicable deposit. (The average deposit is $215.) All fees are due prior to connection.
